| Definition |
Intersegmental membrane connecting the female genitalia with the female analia (McQueen et al., 2022). It extends from the posterior margin of tergite 7 to the ventral margin of the hypoproct (McQueen et al., 2022). It is the site of type B copulatory wounds caused by the male epandrial posterior lobes during copulation (McQueen et al., 2022).[ FlyBase:FBrf0253444 ] |
