Definition Adult female aIP-g neuron with no major bifurcation above the mushroom body medial lobe and less extensive projections within the superior medial protocerebrum, compared to aIP-g type 1 (Schretter et al., 2020). Its ventral arbors (below the mushroom body pedunculus) extend further towards the midline than those of aIP-g type 1, reaching the vest (Schretter et al., 2020). There are five of these cells per hemisphere (Schretter et al., 2020).[ FlyBase:FBrf0247707 ]
