| Definition |
Adult olfactory receptor neuron (ORN) that expresses Or23a (Benton et al., 2025). Its dendrite transduces signals from antennal intermediate sensillum ai2 (Benton et al., 2025). It innervates the antennal lobe glomerulus DA3 bilaterally, fasciculating with the antennal lobe commissure (Kaur et al., 2019). It develops from an Nba precursor (Benton et al., 2025).
