Term adult fruitless aDT-c neuron ID (Ontology) FBbt:00110419 (Fly Anatomy)
Definition Adult fruitless neuron with its soma in the anterior brain, near the antennal lobe (Kimura et al., 2008; Cachero et al., 2010). It arborizes in the ipsilateral lateral accessory lobe and superior protocerebrum and a branch crosses the midline to form an arbor in the contralateral protocerebrum (Cachero et al., 2010). There is one of these cells per hemisphere (Kimura et al., 2008; Cachero et al., 2010).[ FlyBase:FBrf0205974 FlyBase:FBrf0211926 ]
