| Definition |
Adult serotonergic LP neuron whose cell body is located in the cell body rind of the lateral protocerebrum, anterior to the optic tract and posterior to the LP2 cluster (Valles and White, 1988; Giang et al., 2011). It arborizes in the ventrolateral protocerebrum and projects its axon centrally into the midbrain (Valles and White, 1988; Xu et al., 2016).
