Definition Adult fruitless neuron with its cell body located medial to the mushroom body calyx (Yu et al., 2010). It projects medially then dorsally forming a fork at the pars intercerebralis (Yu et al., 2010). A lateral branch arborizes in the lateral protocerebral complex and a ventral branch follows the median bundle before descending into the ventral nerve cord and terminating in the abdominal neuromere (Yu et al., 2010).[ FlyBase:FBrf0211884 ]
