Term larval A10f neuron ID (Ontology) FBbt:00111254 (Fly Anatomy)
Definition Neuron of the larval abdominal neuromere that is part of lineage 10. Its primary neurite extends dorsomedially arborizing across the midline, with both dendritic and axonal domains extending anteroposteriorly. It receives input from Basin-2 (Ohyama et al., 2015). This is a nociceptive integrator neuron, i.e. it is a node of convergence for multiple neurons carrying nociceptive information (Burgos et al., 2018).[ FlyBase:FBrf0228257 FlyBase:FBrf0238464 ]
