Motor neuron that innervates proboscis muscle 12 dorsal, which opens the pharynx in the rostrum (McKellar et al., 2020). Its cell body is located in the cell body rind region around the dorsal subesophageal zone and it arborizes bilaterally in the dorsal subesophageal zone (Manzo et al., 2012, McKellar et al., 2020).
