Definition Interneuron located at the dorsolateral region of the anterior segmental border of each ventral nerve cord segment. It can project ipsi- or contralaterally. The latter cross the midline in either the anterior or posterior commissure and project to the adjacent segment. There are 25 of these neurons per hemisegment.[ FlyBase:FBrf0230506 ]
