| Definition | Larval multiglomerular projection neuron that receives a large amount of olfactory input, mainly from olfactory receptor neuron Or33b/Or47a, and also receives substantial input from keystone local neurons (Berck et al., 2016). It takes a tract medial to the mALT tract and branches close to the mushroom body, with one branch extending across the midline towards the contralateral mushroom body. (Berck et al., 2016).
