| Definition |
Any adult ventral nerve cord commissure that develops from a larval anterior intermediate commissure. There are three of these in the prothoracic and mesothoracic neuromeres and two in the metathoracic neuromere (Court et al., 2020). They collectively contain fibers of hemilineages 7B, 8B, 10B and, in the mesothoracic and metathoracic neuromeres, 18B (Court et al., 2020).[ FlyBase:FBrf0246815 ] |
