Term adult median tract of dorsal cervical fasciculus ID (Ontology) FBbt:00053282 (Fly Anatomy)
Definition Tract that contains the axons of a large number of descending neurons that project to the tectulum (Namiki et al., 2018). The majority of its neurons bend ventrally upon entering the VNC, with a smaller number following the dorsal surface of the VNC and joining the ventral neurons more posteriorly (Namiki et al., 2018).[ FlyBase:FBrf0239335 ]
