Definition Neuroblast of the protocerebrum (Kumar et al., 2009) that produces a primary lineage with a short tract that enters the superior lateral protocerebrum (SLP) medial to the transverse superior anterior fascicle and forms terminal arborizations in the SLP and the lateral inferior protocerebrum (Hartenstein et al., 2015).
