neuroblast DPLl3 |
ID (Ontology) |
FBbt:00100602 (Fly Anatomy) |
| Definition |
Neuroblast that forms a primary lineage that enters the superior lateral protocerebrum lateroposteriorly and projects anteriorly, forming the longitudinal superior lateral fascicle (Hartenstein et al., 2015). At the larval stage the DPLl2 and DPLl3 lineages are indistinguishable (Wong et al., 2013). In the adult, an anterior hemilineage forms a ventral projection to the dorsal ventrolateral protocerebrum and a posterior hemilineage arborizes in multiple regions of the protocerebrum (Wong et al., 2013). Projections are relatively diffuse compared to the DPLl2 lineage (Wong et al., 2013).[ FlyBase:FBrf0194268 FlyBase:FBrf0221412 FlyBase:FBrf0221438 FlyBase:FBrf0223298 FlyBase:FBrf0229672 ] |
