General Information
|
| Term |
larval dorsal A1-7-innervating ISN motor neuron |
ID (Ontology) |
FBbt:00110217 (Fly Anatomy) |
| Definition |
Motor neuron that innervates the dorsal ISN innervated muscles of larval abdominal segments A1-7. The dendritic domain of the motor neuron is located in the lateral neuropile.[ FlyBase:FBrf0160715 FlyBase:FBrf0208790 ] |
| Also Known As |
"ISN motor neuron of the lateral neuropil of A1-7" |
| Comment |
The lateral, intermediate and medial neuropil fields follow a set of evenly distributed longitudinal fascicles that are labelled by anti-Fas2 antibody (Landgraf et al., 2003). The motor neuron MN-DA2, unlike other ISN motor neurons, has dendrites in the intermediate and lateral regions (Mauss et al., 2009). |
