| Definition |
Larval dopaminergic DM neuron found anterior to the DM2 cluster (Blanco et al., 2011; Hartenstein et al., 2017). There are around 3-4 of these neurons per hemisphere and they are primary neurons (Blanco et al., 2011; Hartenstein et al., 2017). It develops into an adult dopaminergic PPM1 neuron (Hartenstein et al., 2017).[ FlyBase:FBrf0208252 FlyBase:FBrf0216686 FlyBase:FBrf0234128 ] |
| Comment |
Dopaminergic cells were identified by double labeling with a tyrosine hydroxylase (anti-TH) antibody and a TH-GAL4 driver (FBtp0020119) (Selcho et al., 2009), and with a tyrosine hydroxylase (anti-TH) antibody (Blanco et al., 2011). |
