| Definition |
Any neuron that develops from neuroblast NB3-3 during the embryonic phase of neurogenesis. NB3-3 only divides once before switching to type 0 division (Baumgardt et al., 2014; Wang et al., 2022), so the vast majority of this primary lineage is Notch OFF (Mark et al., 2021; Wang et al., 2022).
