      Silencing (using Ctet\TeTxLCTNT.UAS) of Scer\GAL4VT021842 neurons in adult males significantly alters some parameters of pulse song, but not sine song, compared to controls; there is no significant effect on the number of males that sing, but copulation success is significantly reduced, compared to controls; take off and forced flight ability are significantly impaired compared to controls.
