Deletion of a 617-bp sequence that includes most of the second and third exons of Culd.
Reported as a 617 bp deletion that removes parts of exons 2 and 3 created by homogous recombination. The extent of the deletion was inferred from the reported coordinates of the target genomic fragments. The coordinates were reported as Release 5 coordinates and converted to Release 6.
