Description

Deletion of part of the RhoGEF4 open reading frame (deletion precisely removes the entire coding sequence of the RA isoform). A recombination-mediated cassette exchange (RMCE) sequence cassette encoding a w+* marker surrounded by a pair of inverted attP sites has been inserted in place of the deleted sequence.
