A Tag:HA epitope has been introduced into the endogenous H15 locus, on a Df(2L)ΔG04-F11 chromosome, at the C-terminal end of the open reading frame. A Avic\GFP3xP3.cUa marker has also been inserted, downstream of the inserted Tag:HA tag and upstream of the H15 3'UTR.
