Gene CG5300 has incorrect exon/intron structure.
Comments: The sequence of the mRNA for this gene is now available gb|AF247500.
The intron predicted from 180891 to 180989 is actually a part of the
transcript; rather than ending at 181351 the transcript is encoded in genomic
sequence through 181766 and includes an exon 181340 to 181419 which is part of
the CDS, as is the start of the final exon 181486 to 181766. The length of
the protein is 1048 aas.
