EcollexAL5219 labels a subset of Johnston organ neurons. Using GFP reconstitution across synaptic partners (GRASP) reveals that these JO neurons establish connections in the AMMC with antennal mechanosensory and motor center B1b (AMMC-B1b) projection neurons labeled with ScerGAL4VT26006, ScerGAL4VT45599, and AMMC-B1 neurons labeled with ScerGAL4VT30609.
