EcollexAIr76b.916 driven expression extensively overlaps with that of ScerGAL4Ir76b.1.5, except that the former does not label L1 GRNs in the labellar taste bristles, some cells in the labellum nor axonal projections in the adult subesophageal zone. EcollexAIr76b.916 drives expression in S cells and L2 GRNs of the tarsi, as determined by colabelling with ScerGAL4Gr64f.9.7 and ScerGAL4Gr89a.2, markers for sweet and bitter neurons respectively. It also labels the same S cells as ScerGAL4Ir20a.PU.
