Description

The lexAop regulatory sequences drive expression of the KZip+ SplitGAL4 system repressor. KZip+ consists of the Scer\GAL4 DNA-binding domain fused to the Zip+ artificial leucine zipper domain. Three copies of the Tag:HA tag have been added at the C-terminal end of the coding region.
