Detailed Description
Statement
Reference

Embryos derived from homozygous females are strongly dorsalised. Homozygous adults show reduced viability, the lethal phase being between the second and third larval instar stages. Transheterozygotes with wblRP, wblM46, wblT6 or wblE4 also have reduced viability, and embryos derived from these transheterozygous females are dorsalised and fail to hatch. wblM88/wblAR51 transheterozygotes have reduced viability, and approximately 99% of embryos laid by wblM88/wblAR51 females hatch.
