Description

UASp regulatory sequences drive expression of a nod-Ecol\lacZ fusion. FlyBase curator comment: the fusion protein consists of amino acids 1-320 of nod (includes the globular head motor domain), the N-terminal half of the Khc coiled-coil domain (residues 334-606) and lacZ).
