      Scer\GAL4tub.PU-mediated expression of aqrsdsRNA.Scer\UAS.TRiP in males causes a significant increase in female remating receptivity four days after initial mating, but not at one day after initial mating.

      Scer\GAL4tub.PU-mediated expression of aqrsdsRNA.Scer\UAS.TRiP in males reduces female fertility over a 10 day assay.

      Compared to controls, wild type females mated to Scer\GAL4tub.PU aqrsdsRNA.Scer\UAS.TRiP males show little or no retention of SP in their seminal receptacles at 4 days after mating, and significantly higher numbers of sperm in their seminal receptacles at 10 days after mating.
