Description

UASp regulatory sequences drive expression of a fragment of the D1 domain of Vinc (amino acid residues 1-184, contains six helices) that is targeted to the mitochondria using a C-terminal Tag:Mito(actA) membrane anchor. The protein is also tagged at the C-terminal end with TagRFP.
