Description

The RMCE cassette in the Mi{MIC}CG12206MI11741 insertion has been replaced with a 'Double Header' (DH) trapping cassette (contains two independent trapping modules oriented in opposite directions). The cassette is in 'gene-trap' orientation relative to CG12206, which is predicted to result in truncation of the CG12206 coding sequence and expression of the GAL4 driver under the control of endogenous CG12206 regulatory sequences. The insertion is also within lncRNA:CR44999 and is not expected to trap this gene.
