      bibS1538 mutant embryos show cardioblast (CB) patterning defects, and a significant increase in the overall number of cardioblasts (both generic and ostial cardioblasts), but no disturbance in the typical 4:2 generic CBs:ostial CBs ratio, as compared to controls.
