The coding exons of the endogenous Tdc2 locus have been excised from TI{lexA::UnkAD}Tdc2B3RT by using B3R recombinase, resulting in 1. a null Tdc2 allele, and 2. the lexA::UnkAD driver being expressed under the control of endogenous Tdc2 regulatory sequences.
