Description

UASt regulatory sequences drive expression of the pico-RB isoform, tagged at the N-terminal end with Venus. Silent mutations have been introduced into the coding sequence to render it resistant to RNAi-mediated knockdown by either of the P{NIG.11940R} and P{UAS-pico.IR} transgenes.
