Description

UASp regulatory sequences drive expression of fra that carries a point mutation (E1354A) which inactivates the transcriptional activation domain. The VP16 activation domain has been fused to the C-terminal end of the open reading frame and the protein is tagged at the N-terminal end with Tag:HA.
