Reference

In individuals expressing spag^VDRC.cUa under the control of Scer\GAL4^VP16.bam, testes lack motile sperm and, although sperm bundles are largely normal, axonemes show loss of dynein arms, occasional microtubule occlusions and axonemal fragmentation.

In individuals expressing spag^VDRC.cUa under the control of Scer\GAL4^sca.PU, Ch neurons show a grossly normal cilium morphology despite of the absence of dynein arms.
