UASt regulatory sequences drive expression of ci in which three PKA sites have been mutated from Ser to Ala (amino acid replacements S838A, S856A, and S892A) and two phosphomimetic mutations have been introduced into fu/CK1 phosphorylation cluster 1 (S218D and S220D). The coding sequence is tagged with Tag:MYC.
