Uridylyltransferase catalyse the transfer of a uridylyl group to an acceptor. They include terminal uridylyl transferases (TUTases) that regulate the processing, stability and biological function of eukaryotic transcripts, as well as enzymes that transfer uridylyl groups to sugar molecules, such as glucose and galactose.
