UASt regulatory sequences drive expression of ci in which three PKA sites have been mutated from Ser to Ala (amino acid replacements S838A, S856A, and S892A) and phosphomimetic mutations have been introduced into fu/CK1 phosphorylation clusters 1 (S218D and S220D), 2 (S1230D, T1232D and S1233D) and 3 (S1382D, T1384D and S1385D).
