FLP-mediated recombination between the two progenitor insertions (PBac{WH}PIG-Cf05249 and PBac{RB}Stripe04482) has deleted the genomic sequence between them. This results in a 7kb deletion that removes the entire CG42456 and CG12016 genes and a part of both PIG-C and Strip.
