Reference

Adults expressing Spag1^KK100470 under the control of Scer\GAL4^sca.PU show a significant decrease in climbing activity, as compared to controls.

(Zur Lage et al., 2019)

In individuals expressing Spag1^KK100470 under the control of Scer\GAL4^VP16.bam, testes lack motile sperm and, although sperm bundles are largely normal and axonemes show loss of dynein arms.

In individuals expressing Spag1^KK100470 under the control of Scer\GAL4^sca.PU, Ch neurons have a grossly normal cilium morphology despite of the absence of dynein arms.
