      The expression of ATPsynβLKK106259 under the control of Scer\GAL4VP16.bam leads to abnormal testes, with spermatocytes arresting at prometaphase I and no mature sperm being produced; there is a significant increase in sister chromatid arm cohesion in S5/6, but not S1, spermatocytes; S5/6 spermatocytes show a significant increase in the number of centrosomes.
