      Motor neuronal overexpression of foxoScer\UAS.cTa (under the control of Scer\GAL4Rapgap1-OK6) drives pronounced neuromuscular junction overgrowth without altering body size. Expression at 25[o]C results in a more pronounced synaptic overgrowth phenotype than expression at 18[o]C. Expression elicits an approximately two-fold reduction in type 1b bouton size compared with wild-type.
