      Scer\GAL4hs.PB-driven expression of one copy of the LamCdsRNA.Sym.UTR.Scer\UAS construct does not affect viability or induce any phenotypes when expressed in wild-type background.

      Constitutive expression of both LamCdsRNA.Sym.UTR.Scer\UAS and LamCdsRNA.Sym.tail.Scer\UAS together using Scer\GAL4hs.PB results in early larval lethality.

      Combined expression of both LamCdsRNA.Sym.UTR.Scer\UAS and LamCdsRNA.Sym.tail.Scer\UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4ap-md544 leads to lethality (up to 25%) and adult phenotypes (in 12% of flies), which are typically, loss of thoracic bristles and necrotic patches on the wing blade.

      Combined expression of both LamCdsRNA.Sym.UTR.Scer\UAS and LamCdsRNA.Sym.tail.Scer\UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4ptc-559.1 results in mild curled-wing phenotype and wing vein defects.
