        Third instar larvae expressing Pgam5EY05994 under the control of Scer\GAL4Pxn.PS have an increased number of sessile hemocytes. The number of hemocytes in circulation is decreased. The dorsal sessile hemocyte department is slightly disrupted. Sessile hemocytes do not accumulate along the dorsal vessel or spread through the cuticle. The lymph gland is not enlarged. Hemocyte shape is normal.
