Detailed Description
Statement
Reference

sicilyC clones in mosaic early third instar larval fat bodies do not show defects in cell size compared to controls; these cells do not accumulate autophagosome-like structures (Atg8a-positive), as compared to controls.

Mutant flies containing homozygous eyes (generated using the eyFLP method) show degenerative electroretinogram defects which worsen with age. The amplitude of the ERG is reduced in 1 day old flies and is almost completely abolished after 24 days.
