UASt regulatory sequences drive expression of full-length Hsap\VPS26B coding sequences, tagged at the C-terminal with Tag:HA.
Scer\GAL4Act5C.PU/Hsap\VPS26BUAS.Tag:HA is a suppressor of abnormal neurophysiology | progressive phenotype of Vps26B
Scer\GAL4Act5C.PU/Hsap\VPS26BUAS.Tag:HA is a suppressor of photoreceptor neuron | progressive phenotype of Vps26B
Scer\GAL4Act5C.PU/Hsap\VPS26BUAS.Tag:HA is a suppressor of rhabdomere | progressive phenotype of Vps26B
Ubiquitous expression of Hsap\VPS26BScer\UAS.T:Ivir\HA1 in Vps261 mutants, under the control of Scer\GAL4Act5C.PU, rescues lethality and the loss of on-off transients and ERG amplitude in these mutants. In addition, Hsap\VPS26BScer\UAS.T:Ivir\HA1 expression fully suppresses the photoreceptor cell degeneration seen in Vps261 mutants.
