H253R
Site of nucleotide substitution in mutant inferred by FlyBase based on reported amino acid change.
HinfpB mutants exhibit decreased frequency of mitosis in the larval midgut and in the pupal testis; the pupal midgut shows abnormal morphology, namely an overall shorter length and an incompletely extended posterior region; the pupal Malpighian tubules exhibit increased DNA damage.
HinfpB midgut clones induced during adulthood are overgrown compared to control clones, particularly in the middle region of the midgut.
HinfpB has increased mortality during development phenotype, suppressible by Scer\GAL4Tub.PU/His1:CG33864UAS.ORF.Tag:HA
HinfpB has increased mortality during development phenotype, non-suppressible by Scer\GAL4Tub.PU/His4:CG31611UAS.ORF.Tag:HA
