        Expression via "HHLT-gal4" causes a robust expansion of the larval lymph gland. ("HHLT-gal4" is a combination of Scer\GAL4HCH.Hand and Scer\GAL4Hml.Δ that express in early lymph gland blood cells (hemocytes) and circulating and sessile blood cells, respectively, and incorporates Scer\GAL4Scer\FRT.Rnor\CD2.Act5C to maintain expression in the lymph gland after Scer\GAL4HCH.Hand is down-regulated.)
