      Expression of Hsap\VPS35P316S.Scer\UAS.T:Ivir\HA1 under the control of Scer\GAL4Ddc.PU does not affect the numbers of dopaminergic neurons in the adult brain (not even in 60-day-old flies) but significantly reduces climbing ability of the adult flies compared to age-matched controls.
