      The spermatogenesis defects and male sterility characteristic for Duba107 homozygote males cannot be rescued by expression of DubaC227A.Scer\UAS.T:Ivir\HA1 under the control of Scer\GAL4bam.T:Hsim\VP16 in the mutant background, on the contrary the spermatid structures seem to be disrupted even more.
